I’ve been using the filters when looking through my traffic reports, and they save me a bunch of time. Segmentation feels straightforward too, so I’m not digging around forever trying to find it. Overall, I’m happy with it

I’ve been using Clicky for a while now, the alerts are the thing I trust it for the most. If something’s going on with my site, I usually find out fast without having to sit there checking stats over and over all day.
I’ve had a few downtime pings come through, and they were accurate each time. No weird spammy alerts, no extra noise, just simple simple updates that do what I need.

"Visitor details are actually handy"
I’ve found the visitor details really useful. It lays out the visits clearly, so I can check what happened without having to dig around too much. Makes things a lot easier… handy.

The dashboard is clean and easy to use overall. I didn’t feel lost right away, which is always a good sign. There were a couple little things that made me stop and think, like wait, where is that setting or what does this button actually do, but nothing too frustrating. After clicking around for a bit it mostly made sense.

I’ve been using Clicky for keeping an eye on my site’s uptime, it just works. When my site goes down, the alerts show up fast, and there isn’t a bunch of confusing extra stuff to deal with. Simple it is, which I like.

"I’ve been using clicky for a while..."
I’ve been using clicky for a while now, it’s been reliable for me. I check it most days, and it loads just fine, with no weird downtime, or missing data that I’ve noticed. The alerts, and live stats, seem to work when I need them too. It’s not the fanciest tool out there, but it’s easy to trust, and it just gets the job done.

"Bot filtering could be better"
Clicky is fine overall, but lately the bot and spam filtering has felt kinda weak.. I keep noticing weird traffic showing up in my reports and then I have to go in and clean it up myself. Not the end of the world, just annoying

"Pretty accurate stats and a smooth experience"
I’ve been using clicky for a while now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The stats seem accurate most of the time and line up well with what I see in my server logs. I also like the real-time tracking since it gives me a quick, clear picture of what’s happening on my site. There are sometimes small differences compared to other tools, but nothing that feels like a big issue. Overall, it does the job well. 4 stars from me

Clicky has been worth it for me. I use it to see where my site visits are coming from, and it shows which links or websites are sending people over without making me dig through a bunch of confusing reports. For a small site like mine, the attribution is clear enough and doesn’t feel overcomplicated. Good value if you just want straightforward traffic info without the hassle.

Its a decent service overall, but the basic plan runs out quickly. I like using it, I just wish there was a little more included before needing to upgrade.

"Solid stats without bothering people"
I like that it gives me the basic stats I need without making visitors deal with annoying cookie pop-ups. It just feels like the decent way to track what’s happening on a site without getting in people’s way.

I ran into a small snag while setting up tracking, so I emailed support. i had a good feeling after their first reply because it came quicker than I expected and it was clear they actually read what I wrote. It wasn’t totally seamless since I did have to ask one follow-up question, but it didn’t turn into a long back-and-forth either. Overall, my gut says they’re solid and trying to be helpful. I’d give it 4 stars...

I mostly use Clicky to keep an eye on conversions, and it works well for that. The stats update really quick, so I can see which pages are actually getting signups without digging around too much. Setup was simple enough too. The reports do look a little Old school, but they’re still useful for quick Daily checks

"API made my stats way easier than I expected"
I’ll admit, I didn’t really expect to like Clicky’s API as much as I do. I mostly use it to pull traffic and goal data into a small dashboard for clients, and it was a lot less painful to set up than I was bracing for.
The docs could still use a few more examples, so I’m not going to pretend it was perfect. But once I got the calls figured out, it’s been steady, fast enough, and hasn’t thrown any weird surprises at me. So yeah, I guess I’m happy with it...

"I’ve used clicky when I just want..."
I’ve used clicky when I just want to get a quick sense of how my site is doing, kind of like checking the dashboard before starting my workday. The basic graphs are useful and easy enough to understand, but some of the visuals feel a bit dated and crowded to me. I just wish comparing different stats was more straightforward without having to click around so much

"Way more packed in than I expected"
I started using Clicky thinking it would be basic, but there’s a lot more in there than I expected. I mostly check the live stats, goals, heatmaps, and uptime monitoring, and once I got things set up it became really useful. It did take me a little while to figure out where everything lived in the menus, though. Weirdly, I remember setting it up while eating a slightly burnt bagel and getting annoyed at both the bagel and the dashboard at the same time, but now I’m glad I stuck with it.

I’ve been using clicky mostly for the real-time visitor stats, and that part is handy. It was easy enough to set up, and I like being able to see what people are doing live on the site. The dashboard does feel a bit old-school though, and a few of the reports took me a while to figure out. Overall it’s good, just not something I’d call amazing. Anyway.

I mostly use Clicky for the heatmaps, they’ve been useful. It’s nice to actually see where people are clicking instead of trying to piece everything together from numbers and charts alone.
Getting it set up wasn’t a big deal, but the heatmap view does drag a little sometimes, which feels like something they probably could’ve smoothed out by now. Still, it works well enough and helped me make a few changes on my pages that I probably would’ve missed otherwise.

"Pretty easy to get going"
Getting it set up was painless. I dropped the tracking code onto my site, and it started showing visits soon after, so there wasn’t much fiddling around or guessing involved.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of the settings took longer to track down than they probably should have, unless I was just supposed to magically know where they were hiding. Still, it’s a solid option if you just want basic stats up and running quickly.
